What is your returns policy?

We do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order please get in touch via the “Contact Us” page and we will take reasonable action after investigation. If it is clear there is an issue with the product we have sent out we shall replace it with the same product, up to 30 days after purchase. If it is clear the product has been handled incorrectly or used inappropriately then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

Do you accept exchanges?

All our sales are final and follow the no returns policy policy.
