Shipping and Postage
We aim to ship orders of just liquid cultures, growing bags and swabs, in 2 or 3 business days.
Orders of other than liquid cultures (like petri dishes, sterelised grain) we aim to get it shipped in 6 to 7 days. Orders that contain both liquid cultures and petri dishes will be shipped together, which means that they will be shipped in 6 to 7 days.
With that said, most orders are fulfilled within 3 business days, regardless of the item bought.
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order please get in touch via the “Contact Us” page and we will take reasonable action after investigation. If it is clear there is an issue with the product we have sent out we shall replace it with the same product, up to 30 days after purchase. If it is clear the product has been handled incorrectly or used inappropriately then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally - so far there was no country off limits. In case of liquid culture’s syringes, the order will be shipped without the sterilised needle.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the regulations are followed and the import of the products is allowed, including the documentation to import such products. All import duties (if any) are to be paid by the buyer.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All our sales are final and follow the no returns policy policy.
My Order is late or lost, what do I do?
All orders are posted using Royal Mail 2nd Class Post (unless international orders) and tracking information will be updated upon delivery.
In the rare cases that the package gets lost, please wait up to a week for delivery as sometimes there are delays in the post network, which are more prevalent around and during festive seasons.
If the order is lost, we will resend a replacement free of charge.
