Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Liquid Mushrooms, whose Instagram handle is @liquidmushrooms.co.uk. The "Prize" refers to a voucher or store credit worth up to £75 (including UK shipping) to spend at www.liquidmushrooms.co.uk.
By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM BST on [insert closing date]. One (1) winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by The Promoter on [insert draw date], and the winner will be notified on or after this date.
This giveaway is open only to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland). One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received via Instagram.
No purchase necessary. The winner will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
Entrants must be 18 years or older on the date of entry. By entering, you confirm you are of legal age.
Employees of The Promoter, or any of their affiliates, are not eligible to enter.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Only one entry per person will be counted. Duplicate or spam entries may be disqualified at the discretion of The Promoter.
To enter, participants must:
Follow @liquidmushrooms.co.uk on Instagram, and
Tag at least one (1) other Instagram user in the comments of the official giveaway post.
The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner using a random number generator. The Prize value includes UK shipping only. No international shipping is included as part of the prize.
The Promoter will not be held liable if the prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, malfunction, internet issue, or any other reason.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the giveaway is limited to the cost price of the Prize.
The Promoter will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the competition or the Prize.
The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered. If the Prize becomes unavailable, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
The winner may be required to provide their name, email, address, and/or phone number for fulfilment of the Prize. This information will be handled securely and only for the purpose of delivery.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond The Promoter’s control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway or these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner’s name and Instagram username may be announced on the Promoter's social media pages after the winner has been contacted and confirmed.
